Nope. Idaho doesn’t allow or regulate any form of online gambling. That includes online sports betting, online poker, and, most importantly for this guide, online casino games.
The ban is written right into the state constitution. Article III, Section 20 is even titled “GAMBLING PROHIBITED.” It says gambling is “contrary to public policy and is strictly prohibited,” with just a few exceptions:
It also specifically bans casino games like blackjack, craps, roulette, poker, baccarat, keno, and slots. On top of that, it prohibits any electronic or electromechanical version of those games (which is basically what online casino gaming is).
State law backs this all up, too. Idaho Code § 18-3802 makes gambling a misdemeanor. In practice, that means you can’t legally wager real money on casino games online.
And all the popular casino apps you’ve probably heard of? DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, FanDuel. They aren’t allowed to accept Idaho players anyway.
There isn’t a single agency in charge of regulating gambling here. Different groups handle different things. The Idaho Lottery oversees the lottery itself and also charitable games (raffles, bingo, that sort of thing).
Horse racing falls under a separate body: the Idaho State Racing Commission. They take care of pari-mutuel wagering.

Your options are definitely limited right now when it comes to Idaho online casinos, but like I said earlier, you still have a way to play. Here’s how to get started:
