Liberty enters this game with two straight wins under their belt. They won their first game against a Division I opponent on Friday, a 90-75 victory over Charleston. They have received a huge lift early on from sophomore guard Brett Decker, who is averaging 25.0 points per game through two games. The Flames shot 48% from three-point range against Charleston and will look for another efficient performance from long-distance to remain undefeated here.
Florida Atlantic is off to a strong start as well. The Owls opened the season with an 83-78 overtime win over Boston College and followed that up with a 94-77 victory over Charleston on Saturday. Their offensive numbers are encouraging and they will try to continue that trend in their first true road game of the 2025-26 season.
The fatigue factor will be something to monitor going into this contest. FAU is playing on the second game of a back-to-back here, while Liberty had a day off after their win over Charleston on Friday. It will be interesting to monitor how the Owls start this game and how they look late, when fatigue could become a major obstacle for them.

My best bet for this contest is for the over to cash. FAU could struggle to close this game out given the scheduling demands that they are up against. But both teams should do plenty of scoring in this contest after efficient starts on the offensive end of the floor. Look for the over to hit here and for this game to be highly entertaining.
