Final Thoughts
This is going to be a tight game throughout, but I give a slight edge to the Fighting Illini on their home floor. The Illini have a historically good offense this year, ranking first in KenPom's offensive efficiency ratings for the year. While Michigan is incredibly gifted on both ends of the floor, I'll take Illinois at home here to set up some intrigue between these teams as conference tournament time approaches, where a rematch between these programs will certainly be possible.
