Memphis Grizzlies vs Los Angeles Clippers Prediction - 12/15/2025

The Memphis Grizzlies head to Southern California on Monday night to take on the LA Clippers. Both teams have endured rough starts to their seasons and are searching for some traction to help them climb back into the top 10 in the Western Conference. Before these two desperate teams do battle out West, you can find my breakdown of this game below, including my Grizzlies vs Clippers prediction.

The outcome of this contest is going to depend heavily on injuries and roster availability. Memphis will be without center Zach Edey, who is sidelined for at least four weeks with a left ankle stress reaction, robbing them of a productive inside presence and rebounding force. Several other Grizzlies, including Ty Jerome, John Konchar, and Javon Small, are also listed as out or doubtful.
Ja Morant recently returned from a calf strain and scored 21 points in a loss to the Utah Jazz. Cedric Coward and Cam Spencer have also contributed against the Clippers in their last meeting and have seen their roles in the Memphis offense increase with all of the injuries surrounding the team.
Los Angeles enters the game dealing with its own injury issues. Bradley Beal is out for the season, while James Harden and Nicolas Batum are listed as questionable with a calf contusion and illness, respectively. Derrick Jones Jr. remains sidelined as well, reducing the Clippers’ depth. The Clippers have struggled to string wins together this season and they will try to snap a three-game losing streak here.
Player | Prop |
|---|---|
Ja Morant | Over 19.5 Points |
Jaren Jackson Jr. | Over 16.5 Points |
James Harden | Under 8.5 Assists |
Score Projection: Grizzlies 115 – Clippers 112
Win Probability: Grizzlies 52%, Clippers 48%
This game is more or less a toss-up to me, as neither team has played consistently well enough to trust on a regular basis. But I'm going to take the underdog in this game, as the Grizzlies have a perfectly good chance to pull out an outright win on the road against a Clippers team that has just not put things together despite some high expectations going into the season.
