The Preds are in seventh place in the Central Division. Their offense has struggled, scoring 2.44 goals per game, while conceding 3.38 goals per game. The Stars have scored 2.86 goals per game and allowed 3.21 goals per contest. Both teams have negative goal differentials, but Dallas is playing better hockey for the most part.
