Conversely, the Rangers (22-29-7) have pivoted into "retool" mode after trading superstar Artemi Panarin and are struggling at the bottom of the division. Anthony Mantha is on a "heater" with multiple multi-point games recently, and Stuart Skinner has historically owned the Rangers. Expect the Penguins to stay disciplined and exploit a Rangers defense that is currently leaning on depth call-ups and prospects.
