How the Caesars Rewards Program Works

To join the Caesars Rewards program, customers must first sign up for an account online or on the Caesars Rewards mobile app. It is also possible to join by visiting the Caesars Rewards Center at various locations throughout the United States.

Once they have created a Caesars Rewards account, customers will be able to earn two types of points: Reward Credits and Tier Credits.

• Reward Credits can be redeemed for a wide range of prizes offered by the 50+ Caesars Entertainment hotels, resorts, and casinos nationwide as well as the online sportsbook and casino offered by Caesars in select states.
• Tier Credits are used to determine a customer's Tier Status (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Seven Stars). As an individual advances into more exclusive and elite Tier Levels, they will unlock special benefits offered by Caesars Rewards destinations and many other partnering companies.

Reward Credit Expiration & Tier Status Duration Explained

A customer's entire Reward Credit balance will expire after six months if they have not earned any Reward Credits during that time frame. On the other hand, Tier Credits earned each calendar year (January 1 through December 31) will contribute towards one's Tier Status from the date they were earned through the rest of the year, all of the next year, and the first month of the following year.

For example, if you reached the Platinum Tier in October 2024, you would remain in the Platinum Tier until at least January 31, 2026 (unless you qualify for an upgrade to the next tier over that time span).

Earning Reward Credits & Tier Credits

There are a variety of different ways for customers to earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits through the Caesars Rewards program. These include gaming (online and in person) and entertainment activities at Caesars Rewards destinations around the country.

The table below provides a summary of how many Reward Credits and Tier Credits are typically earned for various activities at Caesars Entertainment hotels, resorts, and casinos as well as the online sportsbook and casino offered by Caesars.

Earn Extra Reward & Tier Credits Through Partners and Daily Bonuses

Customers can also earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits by making purchases or spending money with any of the Caesars Rewards Partners (online retailers, participating restaurants, etc.).

Furthermore, Tier Credit bonuses of different amounts are awarded to all Caesars Rewards members who earn 500 or more Tier Credits in a single day.

How Can I Spend Reward Credits?

Caesars Reward members can redeem their Reward Credits for a number of different prizes and exciting opportunities. Customers may choose to convert their Reward Credits into bonus cash on the Caesars Sportsbook & Casino app. 100 Reward Credits are worth $1 in bonus cash, and the bonus funds earned can be used to place any sports bets or play any online casino games offered by Caesars.

Other members of the Caesars Rewards program may choose to save up their Reward Credits for a bigger prize that can be redeemed at any of the 50+ Caesars Entertainment resorts located in states all over the country or through any of the Caesars Rewards Partners. Caesars Rewards Tier Levels

Customers will be assigned a Tier Level through the Caesars Rewards program based on the total number of Tier Credits they have earned throughout the calendar year. They will automatically join the Gold Tier when they first sign up for a Caesars Rewards account and can advance into Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite, and Seven Stars once they have collected the necessary amount of Tier Credits.
