This home game gives USF a chance to improve to 4-1 on the season and they are heavy favorites to do just that. USF's Byrum Brown is the better of the two quarterbacks in this matchup. He has six touchdown passes and two interceptions for the season and is averaging just under 250 yards per game through the air. Conner Harrell is the starter for Charlotte. He has a total of four touchdown passes through four games and hasn't helped his team as much as he needs to.

South Florida holds significant advantages all over the field going into this contest. The question will be whether USF can rack up enough points to cover a point spread that is near four touchdowns. I'm not entirely convinced that they will, though it is certainly possible. Instead of betting the point spread, I think the under is the best bet for this matchup, as Charlotte's offense shouldn't contribute much on the scoreboard. We should see this game land in the high 40s to low 50s and the under should cash.
