Running back Cam Edwards is battling a hip injury but has been effective with 557 rushing yards and six touchdowns. Wide receiver Skyler Bell has been a reliable target, accumulating 499 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
Head coach Jim Mora emphasizes the need for a complete, cohesive team performance across offense, defense, and special teams to secure victories. Despite back-to-back wins, Mora has urged his team to play more consistently, especially after narrowly escaping against Buffalo 20-17 in their last outing.
Florida International enters this game with a balanced offensive attack. Quarterback Keyone Jenkins has not put up flashy numbers. But he has been fine and the Panthers' rushing game averages 187 yards per game. Running back Kejon Owens has been a key contributor scoring four touchdowns on the ground.
