Iowa and Wisconsin will face off in the Big Ten on Saturday night. The Hawkeyes and Badgers are both hovering around the .500 mark for the season and a win here would be huge for the bowl eligibility chances for either team. Here, I take a closer look at this Big Ten matchup and make my Iowa vs Wisconsin prediction.

Both teams face uncertainty at the quarterback position. Iowa starter Mark Gronowski is recovering from a knee injury and is questionable for the game. His potential absence could lead to backup Hank Brown or freshman Jeremy Hecklinski taking snaps. Wisconsin's quarterback situation is similarly fluid, with Hunter Simmons expected to start in place of the injured Billy Edwards. Simmons' ability to manage the game and avoid turnovers will be crucial for the Badgers' success.
Iowa's defense comes into this game allowing just 15.6 points per game on the season.
