Quarterback Play: Kansas quarterback Jalon Daniels has been a dual-threat leader for the offense of the Jayhawks. He has 1,262 passing yards and 16 touchdowns this season, with just two interceptions. His ability to extend plays with his legs adds a dynamic element to Kansas' offense.
UCF's quarterback situation is less certain. Tayven Jackson returned from an upper-body injury against Kansas State, but his status and performance level remain a concern for the Knights' offense after they lost for the first time against the Wildcats last week.
Big Game In the Big 12: Kansas comes into this game with a 1-1 record in Big 12 play. They blew out West Virginia in their first conference game and dropped their second conference contest against Cincinnati. UCF is 0-1 in conference play after losing their Big 12 opener to K-State last week. The winner of this game will be ahead of the loser in the conference standings, making this an important early challenge on both sides.
Kansas On the Road: This is the first conference road game for Kansas this season. They have played just one road game out of five games so far this year, losing that road game by double-digits against Missouri. UCF is 3-0 at home on the year and will try to stay unbeaten at the Bounce House.

Jalon Daniels has put up some impressive numbers for Kansas so far this season. But I am skeptical about the ability of the Kansas defense to string together stops consistently on the road. I'll take the points with UCF in this matchup, as I could very well see them win outright in front of their home crowd in Florida.
