Kennesaw State vs FIU Pick & Prediction - 10/21/2025

The Kennesaw State Owls and Florida International Panthers will meet in college football action on Tuesday night. The Owls come into this game at 2-0 in Conference USA play and will try to keep their undefeated record intact and the Panthers will try to end their perfect start in CUSA to get above .500 in conference play. Before kickoff from Pitbull Stadium, continue reading to get my Kennesaw State vs FIU prediction.
Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|
Kennesaw State –3.5 | Kennesaw State –155, FIU +135 | 49.5 |
Kennesaw State comes into this game on a four-game winning streak. They have won their first two games in CUSA play and most recently earned a 35-7 win over the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs. They have shown they can dominate conference opponents so far. But this is their first conference road game and that could make things tougher for them than we've seen so far.
FIU is 1-1 in Conference USA coming into this game. The Panthers dropped their first conference game of the season to FBS debutants Delaware. But they shocked Western Kentucky on the road in their last game. FIU shut down the prolific passing game of the Hilltoppers and made WKU quarterback Maverick McIvor look worse than he has all season. The defense of the Panthers will try to replicate that performance tonight.
FIU’s offense is keyed by Keyone Jenkins at quarterback. He has failed to reach 1,000 passing yards on the season and has three touchdowns and four interceptions. Kennesaw State went with Dexter Williams II at quarterback in their win over Louisiana Tech last week. Williams threw four touchdown passes and no interceptions in that game and expectations will be high for him here.
Score Projection: Kennesaw State 24 – Florida International 21
Win Probability: Kennesaw State 53%, Florida International 47%
I think this is going to be a very close game on Tuesday night. We should see Kennesaw play a tighter game than their first two contests in Conference USA by virtue of the Owls hitting the road for the first time in league play. Kennesaw State should ultimately win this game, but I'll take the points with FIU in a game that should be decided by a late field goal in either direction.
