The Thunder have been one of the best teams in basketball this season, while the Clippers have struggled mightily due to injuries and inconsistent play. Here, I take a closer look at this Western Conference contest and my Clippers vs Thunder prediction is below.

The Thunder have been dominant this season, entering this game with a record of 24-2, leading the league with elite offensive and defensive metrics. Oklahoma City has taken full advantage of playing on its home court and the Clippers’ injury issues. Los Angeles has struggled to find consistency, holding a 6-20 record through 26 games and dropping multiple games in a row recently.
Injuries have sapped the Clippers of key rotation pieces, with Bradley Beal out for the season, James Harden and Derrick Jones Jr. sidelined, and Nicolas Batum listed as day-to-day. Oklahoma City’s injury report includes several players out, but none of the absences have significantly dented their performance this season.
