The Lakers are banged up and dealing with the absences of several key players going into this matchup. But Minnesota is also without a major star and both teams will try to overcome their losses to get a key win here. Both teams are missing their best players going into this game. Even without Anthony Edwards, I think that the Timberwolves' depth advantage elsewhere should give them the upper hand in this game. Look for the Wolves to lock in defensively and for Julius Randle to have a big game with increased usage in Edwards' absence. I'll lay the points with the Timberwolves here, as Austin Reaves won't do enough to get the Lakers a second straight win over Minnesota.
