Kirk Cousins has reclaimed the starting job after the season‑ending injury to starter Michael Penix Jr. In last week’s win, Cousins completed 16 of 23 passes for 199 yards and two touchdowns. That efficiency helped steady a shaky Falcons offense and gave them a spark.
For the Jets, Tyrod Taylor is getting the nod with Justin Fields being benched. Taylor’s season has been lackluster for the most part. Against a defense keyed in on stopping the run, New York’s chances likely depend on connecting on short throws and on Hall’s ability to get going on the ground.
