The Titans’ season has been a disaster. They’ve struggled to score consistently and their defensive unit has not been able to keep teams off the scoreboard consistently. They could be in for a long day against a Seattle team that is excellent on defense and good enough offensively to win games in most cases.
Seattle still controls its own destiny in the NFC playoff picture. They are just a game back of the Rams in the NFC West standings and they are in a great place to snag at least a Wild Card spot. This game represents one of their more manageable remaining road games and the Seahawks will need to make sure not to take it for granted to get an important victory.
Seattle's Sam Darnold has had a solid season overall. Through ten games, he’s thrown for 2,541 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. But his most recent outing was ugly as he threw four picks against the Rams. That performance raised familiar concerns about his decision-making under pressure against good teams.
The Titans are relying on Cam Ward at quarterback. Ward is a rookie who has thrown for 1,954 yards, 6 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions on the year. He’s been under constant duress, having been sacked 41 times, and his offense hasn’t been able to sustain drives or produce consistent scoring.

The Seahawks are clear favorites for good reason. They’re more complete, more consistent, and have a more stable quarterback situation. The Titans’ offense has barely moved the ball all season, and their defense lacks the stability to shut down Seattle. But I'm going to take the points with the Titans here, as Tennessee has in two straight one-possession games at home.
