Florida Panthers vs Philadelphia Flyers Prediction - 10/13/2025

The Florida Panthers will travel to Philadelphia on Monday to take on the Flyers in an early-season NHL rematch. The Panthers have come out of the gate strong with three straight wins at home, while the Flyers are trying to find traction after a winless start. Here, you will find my breakdown of this Eastern Conference matchup, including my Panthers vs Flyers prediction for the game.
Sergei Bobrovsky has been solid for Florida early on. He made 26 saves in the 6–2 rout of Ottawa. He has a 1.67 GAA going into this contest and Florida has not give up more than two goals in a game yet this year. Philly goaltenders Samuel Ersson and Dan Vladar both took losses in their first outings of the season. Their GAAs haven't been as good as that of Bobrovsky, but they have been decent and need help from their offense to break into the win column.
Player | Prop |
|---|---|
Sam Reinhart (FLA) | Over 1.5 points |
Sam Bennett (FLA) | Over 0.5 goals |
Matvei Michkov (PHI) | Over 0.5 goals |
Travis Konecny (PHI) | Over 0.5 goals |
Score Projection: Florida 4 – Philadelphia 3
Win Probability: Florida 60% / Philadelphia 40%
This game is not going to be easy for the Panthers, as they hit the road for the first time this season. But I do still think that the Panthers will get a win to extend their winning streak to four straight games. The defense of the Panthers should shut down the struggling attackers of Philadelphia and I'll take the Panthers to win.
