NC State: Quarterback CJ Bailey has been impressive, completing 74.6% of his passes for 1,660 yards, 13 touchdowns, and four interceptions. His ability to make explosive plays will be tested against a Notre Dame defense that is finding its rhythm after an 0-2 start.
Notre Dame: CJ Carr has displayed maturity beyond his years, leading the Irish offense with 1,280 passing yards and 11 touchdowns. He has running back Jeremiyah Love to help him, with Love entering this game with six touchdowns on the ground this season.

Notre Dame should win this game pretty handily at home on Saturday afternoon. But I am going to take the points with NC State. The Irish have struggled on defense against respectable power conference opponents this year and CJ Bailey is certainly good enough at quarterback to help NC State keep this game within two or three possessions in South Bend.
