The Toronto Raptors and Cleveland Cavaliers will do battle in Cleveland on Thursday night. Toronto is heading into this game with some momentum after a 119-109 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. Cleveland is on the second game of a back-to-back but could have a completely different look to them than they did on Wednesday night. Cleveland enters the contest with notable injury and rest considerations to deal with. Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Donovan Mitchell were all out for the Cavs last night against the Miami Heat. Cleveland got the win in spite of those absences, but all three could be back for this game. That would give the Cavs plenty of fresh legs on the second leg of a back-to-back.
Raptors forward Sandro Mamukelashvili (neck), guard Ochai Agbaji (back spasms), and forward Collin Murray‑Boyles (illness) are all listed as day-to-day and questionable for the game. But the key contributors for the Raptors are largely healthy at this point in time and they will try to shock the Cavs with their top players on the floor.
If Mobley returns for the Cavs, the Raptors will have some tough matchups to deal with in this game. Center Jakob Poeltl will likely match up with Jarrett Allen, but the Raptors are undersized at the four and Mobley could exploit that throughout this contest if he suits up.

The Cavaliers are on the second game of a back-to-back here, but they should be fine as long as their top players return to the floor. The return of Mobley, Garland, and Mitchell will mean that the best players on the floor for the Cavs aren't tired in the way that players would normally be tired on a back-to-back.
