The Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys are set for a Sunday Night Football matchup in Week 15, as the Cowboys host the Vikings at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. With both teams needing a lot of wins and a lot of help from elsewhere to have a shot at the playoffs, this game will be an important one on both sides. The Cowboys have been inconsistent but still possess offensive firepower capable of controlling this contest. Dak Prescott leads a balanced attack that has scored 30 or more points in three of its last four games. Dallas suffered a 44–30 defeat to the Lions in Week 14 that exposed some defensive issues, particularly against explosive passing games, but the offense looked very good in that contest.
Minnesota briefly ended its own offensive struggles with a 31–0 win over the Washington Commanders in Week 14. That was Minnesota's best performance of the season, thanks to strong defense and efficient quarterback play. Both teams enter this matchup motivated, with Dallas still firmly in playoff consideration and Minnesota aiming to upset the NFC pecking order and keep its slim hopes alive.
For the Cowboys, Prescott remains the catalyst of the offense, providing leadership and efficiency when protected effectively. Dallas’ offensive line has shown warts, particularly with left tackle Tyler Guyton ruled out and backup Nate Thomas struggling at times. Prescott’s success will depend on his ability to make quick reads should the pocket break down.
